If you're not satisfied with your paid subscription, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, no questions asked.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at info@gurutyping.com with the subject "Refund Request"
- Include your registered email address and order ID (from your receipt)
- Briefly tell us why (helps us improve, but not required)
- We'll respond within 48 hours
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 working days to your original payment method
3. Eligibility
Refunds are eligible if:
- You request within 7 days of purchase
- You haven't violated our Terms of Service
- This is your first refund request (we offer one refund per customer)
4. Non-Refundable
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscriptions older than 7 days from initial purchase
- Auto-renewal charges (cancel before next billing date to avoid renewal)
- Accounts terminated for violating our Terms
- Free trial periods (no charge to refund)
5. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard:
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You keep premium access until the end of that period
- No partial refunds for unused time after the 7-day window
6. Service Issues
If our service is significantly disrupted (more than 24 hours of downtime in a billing period), we'll consider partial refunds or service credits on a case-by-case basis.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy. Changes apply only to purchases made after the update date.
